I, the undersigned, hereby make application for Membership of the Bribie Island Golf Club Limited.  I acknowledge that the Committee of the Club may at their sole and absolute discretion refrain from or refuse to elect me to membership without assigning any reason.  If elected, I undertake to abide by the Articles of Association, Club By-laws and other Rules or determinations of the Club.

I understand my personal information will only be used by the Club and not passed to any other party, other than GolfLink for the purposes on handicapping, unless we are legally obliged to do so.  Should you wish to access your Club Information, you may do so through the member’s section of the Club website or, upon reasonable notice, at the Club’s Office.  You will be able to access your personal information held by GolfLink via their website or by request to them.
