I, the undersigned, hereby make application for Membership of the Bribie Island Golf Club Limited.  I acknowledge that the Committee of the Club may at their sole and absolute discretion refrain from or refuse to elect me to membership without assigning any reason.

I understand my personal information will only be used by the Club and not passed to any other party, other than Golf Australia for the purposes of handicapping, unless we are legally obliged to do so.  Should you wish to access your Club Information, you may do so through the member’s section of the Club website or, upon reasonable notice, at the Club’s Office.  You will be able to access your personal information held by Golf Australia via their website at www.golf.com.au after you activate your membership, or by request to them.

I acknowledge and agree that: 1) I have read, understood and agree to abide by Golf’s National Integrity Framework policies available at Policies & By-Laws | Golf Australia. 2) I have read, understood and agree to abide by the Club’s Articles of Association, By-laws and Policies and Procedures, and also agree to comply with any other policies adopted or advised to me in the future (available on the Club website in the member’s section). 3) It is my responsibility to familiarise myself with these policies, including any updates to the policies and other policies as adopted by the club that I am advised of in future. 4) A breach of these policies could result in further action being taken, as outlined in the respective policy.
