Membership Information
To be considered a Member of Joy to the World, you must have attended a regular Joy to the World program or have attended one of our special programs within the last two years.


“Joy to the Wordのメンバー”とは、当校のレギュラープログラムのいずれかを受講していた、又は過去２年以内にスペシャルプログラムに参加された方をさします。

A Note About School Lunch

We provide school lunch for all students during our Summer program, but if you prefer to bring lunch from home, please select "No" below.

Please note that choosing "No" won't result in discounts or refunds, as school lunch is a service from the school.

We're committed to reducing food waste and appreciate your cooperation.

サマープログラムでは、全生徒にスクールランチを提供しておりますが、ご自宅からお弁当を持参されたい方は、以下で”No"を選択してください。

なお、スクールランチはサービスとなっておりますので、Noを選択されても割引や払い戻しはありません。

当校は、食品廃棄物の削減に取り組んでおりますので、ご協力をお願いいたします。

School Releases

1. PHOTO RELEASE AGREEMENT / 写真使用承諾書
Please be advised that JOY TO THE WORLD reserves the right to use any photographs and/or video footage, taken in the school or outside while on school outing, for promotional purposes. These media may or may not include your child’s image, and may be used even after you stop attendance at Joy to the World.
写真使用承諾 ジョイトゥザワールドでは園内や、遠足時などの外出の際に撮影された写真やビデオを広告の目的で使用することがありますのであらかじめご了承ください。取材の際に、お子様の画像が使用される場合がございます。また、写真は在籍中のみならず除籍後も使用することがございます。

2. INSECT REPELLENT & SUNSCREEN AGREEMENT/ 虫除けスプレー、日焼け止め使用承諾書
Please be advised that JOY TO THE WORLD, when necessary, applies insect repellent sprays to avoid serious insect bites and applies sunscreens to avoid sunburns. If you want to use your own products, please inform your teacher.
虫除けスプレー、日焼け止め使用承諾書: JOY TO THE WORLDでは、虫除けスプレーと日焼け止めを塗布いたします。当校での塗布を希望されない場合は、その旨を担当教師にお伝え下さい。

3. SHORT FIELD TRIPS AGREEMENT / 短時間外出承諾書
Please be advised that it is necessary for classes to leave the school grounds for up to, but not limited to, an hour, to go to the park or other appropriate community institutions within our neighborhood.
クラスのアクティビティー上必要な場合、1時間前後また場所によっては数時間程度、公園や近隣の公共施設に行くことがあります。

Summer Program Cancellation Policy
サマープログラムキャンセルポリシー

For all Summer Program sign ups, we have a 24 hour grace period. There is no cancellation fee if you cancel within 24 hours of registering. 

To cancel, please send an email to announcements@joy-connect.com with your child's name and date of registration, and reason for canceling.

After the 24 hour grace-period, we will charge a cancellation fee, as a percentage of the total tuition and fees, as follows.

1. If you cancel within six days after registration, a 25% cancellation fee will be charged.
2. If you cancel between 7 days and 14 days after registration, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
3. If you cancel 15 days after registration or later, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
   サインアップ後15日目以降のキャンセルの場合、キャンセル料は100%となります。

We will issue invoices within three days of registration, but please note that all Summer Program fees are due seven days after the registration date.

全サマープログラムのサインアップには24時間の猶予期間があります。サインアップ後24時間以内のキャンセルの場合、キャンセル料はかかりません。

キャンセルの申請には、お子様のお名前とサインアップ日、及びキャンセル理由を記載したメールをannouncements@joy-connect.comまでお送りください。

サインアップ後24時間の猶予期間以降のキャンセルには、以下の様に、授業料とその他の全ての料金の合計額に対するパーセンテージのキャンセル料が発生いたします。

1. サインアップ後6日以内のキャンセルの場合、25%のキャンセル料が発生いたします。
2. サインアップ後7日目から14日目までのキャンセルの場合、50%のキャンセル料が発生いたします。
3. サインアップ後15日目以降のキャンセルの場合、キャンセル料は100%となります。

ご請求書は、サインアップ後3日以内に発行いたしますが、サマープログラムのご参加料は全て、サインアップ日から7日後がお支払い期日となりますことをご了承ください。
