Custom Order Form

Thank you for choosing bánh by anh for your custom cake. There is a minimum of one week notice for all custom order requests. I highly recommend to submit a request a few weeks out to reserve enough time for consultation and production. I am only accepting requests pickup on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday mornings between 10AM - 12PM only. Payments are required before pickup for all order requests.

Regular Cake Sizes/Price (three layers of cake + filling, about 3"-5" tall):
- 6" Cake starts at $45+/$50+ (Round/Heart) (serves 8-10)
- 8" Cake starts at $65+/$70+ (Round/Heart) (serves 10-12)
Mino Bento Cake Size (two layers of cake + filling, about 2"-3" tall):
- 4" Cake starts at $15+ (Round) (serves 1-3)

FAQ
- How do I pay?
  - You will need to pay for a consultation fee ($10) to secure your slot. Once payment is completed, I will reach out via email with the email address provided for the consultation process. You will receive a final quote once design is finalized along with an invoice of the balance due. The consultation fee will be deducted from the final price and you will need to complete the payment at least 72 hours before pick-up date to secure for production. Failure to pay your invoice by the due date will result in a 20% rush fee added to the total. If the invoice is not paid within 24 hours of the pickup date, it will automatically get canceled. This policy is enforced to ensure no-shows from happening and to respect my and your time.
- Can I change pickup date for my order?
  - You can modify pickup date for your order if the request is made at least a week before pickup date and the date is still available to reserve. Any requests made less than a week before pickup date will not be accepted.
- Do you accomodate to certain food allergies?
  - I do not work in an allergen-free kitchen. Please refrain from ordering if you have severe allergies to nuts, almonds, and peanuts diary, soy and milk, eggs, food coloring, wheat and all related by-products of items listed.
- Can I change the design after I've paid?
  - You can modify the design for your order if the request is made at least a week before pickup date and you have not completed full payment of the original invoice quote. Any requests made less than a week before pickup date or after full payment is received for your invoice will not be accepted.
- What kind of cake do you make?
  - All my cakes are cotton soft chiffon sponge base. I use fresh cream for frosting and buttercream for decoration. Certain design will use cream cheese whipped cream frosting. I do not make buttercream cakes or fondant cakes.
- How do I store & enjoy my cake?
  - Please keep your cake refrigerated until serving. My cakes are made fresh with no preservatives and are best to serve and enjoy on the day of receiving. You can store the cake for up to one day in the refrigerator after it's received.
- What is your refund/cancelation/modification poilcy?
  - I offer full refunds for custom cake invoice quote if the request is made at least a week before pickup date. Any modifications to the requests must be made at least a week before pickup date to be accepted. If request for cancellation or modification is made less than a week before pickup date, then it will not be accepted. Please note that consultation fee is non-refundable once completed to secure your slot.
