    for OUR- Block Party, presented by PAR-Projects
  • Thanks for your interest in OUR- Block Party, organized by PAR-projects! The application for the 2023 Art Market is currently closed. 

    On Saturday, September 23rd from 3:00pm - 10:00pm we're taking over Hoffner Street from Apple to Cherry and hosting a neighborhood extravaganza featuring an art market, live music and beer garden in our Studeō courtyard.

    The Gallery at Studeō PAR- will also be open during the entirety of this event and will feature the exhibition "Faith Moves Mountains" by Austen Brantley. 


    GENERAL INFORMATION

    Application fees are non-refundable

    $25 for Early-Bird Registration through Saturday, July 8, 2023

    $30 for Regular Registration Sunday, July 9th - Friday, August 25, 2023

  • Standard booths are 10' x 10' but vary is price depending on size. Tents are required but not supplied by PAR-Projects. 

    Registaration closes Friday, August 25th at 11:59pm. Vendors will be notified of their acceptance by Tuesday, August 29, 2023. 

    PAR-Projects accepts artists from many different mediums: paintings, pottery, jewelry, glass works, sculpture, woodworking, as well as many others. All art is welcome, but it should be noted that this is an outdoor event, and all art and goods should be able to withstand typical outside occurrences (wind, rain, heat, etc.).

     

    BOOTH INFORMATION

    Single Booth Space (10’ x 10’) $50

    Double Wide Booth Space (20’ x 10’) or Double Deep Booth Space (10’ x 20’) $100

    Tents are required but NOT supplied.

     

    RULES/REGULATIONS

    PAR-Projects does not provide anything other than space. If accepted, your submission of an application is a commitment to participate in the 2023 Block Party. The Artist also authorizes the use of the images submitted for marketing purposes.


    ARTIST RESPONSIBILITIES
    Each participating Artist is responsible for the following:
    Providing their own tent, chairs, tables, etc.
    Set up and take down of all artist materials
    Staffing their booth
    All sales transactions and payment of all sales taxes
    The artist's presence during the event is REQUIRED


    JURYING
    All materials are reviewed by PAR-Projects staff and selected outside judges. Judgement will be based on the work submitted, so high quality photography is recommended. All decisions are final and confidential. In the event of inconsistency with submitted work PAR-Projects reserves the right to remove the artist (without a refund of fees) from the Block Party. Accepted applicants will be notified by Tuesday, August 29, 2023.

     

    REFUNDS
    The $25 application fee is non-refundable. A refund of the booth fee may only be administered if the Artists has already paid the booth fee and is no longer able to attend due to extraordinary circumstance. No refunds on booth fees will be processed after 5pm Friday, September 1, 2023.
