Get ready to have an amazing time choosing the food for your big day! Tastings are held on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays at 5:30pm or 7:00pm at our office in Humble, Texas. Standard Tastings are for 2 people and begin at $100. A 3 guests maximum. Prices vary on menu items selected for your tasting. You may choose FOUR items for your tasting for the price to begin at $100, any additional item will assess an additional fee. The chef will review your likes and dislikes, while keeping your guests in mind. We will discuss cuisine preferences and dishes that are special to the couple. Any allergies/dietary restrictions will also be discussed at this time. During this time, presentation preferences will also be discussed. The cost of the tasting will NOT be deducted from your catering costs. NO KIDS ARE ALLOWED AT TASTINGS!
Type of Tasting Requesting:

Private Custom Tasting- This is a full course, day of tasting experience. The table will be set to fit the decor for your special day. Personalized menu, table settings and plating will be provided. Waitstaff will be present to refill drinks, serve each course, buss table between each course and attend to the clients needs throughout the tasting. A survey will be provided to review with the chef at the end of the tasting. Chef will review each menu item with the clients, discuss preferences, any adjustments and deposit. Complimentary champagne or hand-crafted cocktail. $250
