No outside catering is allowed. Any food and beverage needs must be coordinated by Caltech Dining Services.
(except for San Pasqual / Olive Walk locations)
The PTA provided will be charged for any damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Room / area set up must be coordinated with Facilities.
Audio / visual needs must be coordinated with Academic Media Technology.
Avery House:
- Building doors must remain closed and cannot be propped open for security reasons.
Bechtel Dining Room:
- Doors on the north side of the building must remain closed and cannot be propped open for security reasons.
- At the end of service, make sure to close all doors to the dining hall.
- By reserving this space, you agree that the student areas of the Bechtel Courtyard and Servery are not to be accessed by event guests.
