Terms of Service
- No outside catering is allowed. Any food and beverage needs must be coordinated by Caltech Dining Services.
  (except for San Pasqual / Olive Walk locations)
- The PTA provided will be charged for any damages beyond normal wear and tear.
- Room / area set up must be coordinated with Facilities.
- Audio / visual needs must be coordinated with Academic Media Technology.
- Avery House building doors must remain closed and cannot be propped open for security reasons.
- Bechtel Dining Room - doors on north side of building must remain closed and cannot be propped open for security reasons. At end of service, make sure to close all doors to dining hall.
