After you’ve submitted your Special Meals Application, our team will contact you to schedule a welcome meeting at the Dining Services administrative office.

This meeting helps us understand your individual preferences and begin setting up your Special Meals Program.

Please note that it may take 5–7 business days from the time of your meeting to complete the setup and begin service.

CASS Approval Required

Before proceeding, please note that CASS (Caltech Accessibility Services for Students) approval is required to participate in the Dining Services Special Meals Program.

If you have not yet received approval, please contact CASS at cass@caltech.edu to begin the process. They will guide you through the necessary steps to obtain the appropriate documentation.
