Volunteer Sign Up Schedule

We are looking for volunteers to work various shifts/events of our 2024 Salute to America festival on Thursday, July 4th, 2024.

As a non-profit, we are entirely donation and volunteer ran in order to keep the festival entry and entertainment free to the public.

We rely on the generosity of our community to come together every year to make this event possible, and we are so appreciative.

Below you will find a list of areas where we are seeking volunteers, along with a scheduler so you can choose your preferred time slot.

You may work as many time slots as you like as long as you do not double book yourself in multiple areas at the same time.

Volunteers will receive a 2024 Salute to America t-shirt and swag bag, and will be thanked for their time on socials and the festival website (unless you'd like to opt out).

Disclaimer: We consider safety above all else when presenting an event of this size, that includes creating a safe atmosphere for our attendees, production, vendors, and volunteers. This is a free community event that relies on volunteers to make this happen every year. With that said, we can refuse your participation in any of these categories, if you cannot pass a background check, or make folks feel uncomfortable or unsafe at any point. It is what it is. This is in an effort to provide the most enjoyable version of events for you, our generous volunteers, donating your time on Independence Day.
