Gorman Summer Camp

For the emergency contact below, please enter someone NOT listed as parent/guardian. This person will only be contacted if there is an emergency, and we are unable to reach any of the parents' given phone numbers. 

Select each of the weeks your child will be attending camp. You will receive an email within one week of submission to confirm availability of your selected dates. 

If you need to make any changes to your child's dates, you must give two weeks' notice or you will incur a $25 late change fee, as field trips, supplies, staff, etc. will have already been set for a certain number of campers.

Field trips are typically, though not always, on Wednesdays and Thursdays of each week and are included in the daily or weekly fee for camp.

Camp Rates:

Full-time (4 or 5 days) - $195 per week

There is no part time option this year

All payments will now be made electronically, via FACTS for GCA students or Square for non-GCA students.

Accounts will be charged on the Monday of each week your child attends. (For GCA families, this means that is the day your FACTS account will be charged. Please note there is a delay between our charging of the FACTS account and FACTS's removal of funds from your personal bank account; For non-GCA families, the Square invoice you receive must be paid on or before Monday of each week.)
