Fill out the form below to cancel (deregister) your household's air conditioner/s.
*New to 2024: The monthly charge for air conditioner units is not prorated to the date of registration/cancellation*, but rather a flat monthly rate applied on the first day of the month. Monthly charges will be applied to your account on the 1st day of each month, until properly cancelled, otherwise through September.

*Prorate exception for new move-ins and move-outs. Review full AC details.

Multiple ACs Registered? If your household has more than one AC unit registered, please cancel the units - if not canceling all at the same time - in descending numerical order, by decreasing the quantity and canceling 'First AC' last.

Note: For an additional $40 fee per AC, CTC Maintenance will un-install your AC unit(s) for you. If you wish to request this service, please submit a maintenance request through your RENTCafé account to schedule your AC installation with a technician.
Acknowledgement:

The respective cancellation indicated above will remain in effect until the end of the month. Move outs will receive the final charge prorated to move-out date, if not cancelled prior.

If not cancelled, all charges will close out September 30. All charges will be applied to resident account.
