As a Sarasota Paradise Volunteer, you may be assigned to assist with various event operations, including setup and breakdown, where you will help set up tents, tables, signage, and other event equipment. You might also be involved in fan engagement, assisting with interactive areas, directing attendees, and ensuring a positive event experience. Additionally, volunteers may support merchandise and ticketing by helping staff the team store or assisting with ticketing-related questions. Operational support is another key role, providing general assistance to staff as needed throughout the event. We expect our volunteers to arrive on time and check in at the designated location, wearing the provided Sarasota Paradise-branded apparel. Volunteers should remain engaged, proactive, and ready to assist wherever needed while being friendly and welcoming to fans, players, and staff. Following instructions from event coordinators and team staff is essential to ensuring a smooth and successful event.

Volunteers for Sarasota Paradise will receive several benefits as a token of appreciation for their support. Each volunteer will be provided with an official Sarasota Paradise t-shirt to wear on game days. During shifts, food and drink vouchers will be available for use. Additionally, volunteers will receive one season ticket for a family member, such as a spouse or child, allowing their loved ones to enjoy the matches.
