Undergraduate Request for Permission to Enroll in Fels (GAFL) Classes

2023-24
Juniors and seniors may request permission to enroll these Fels (GAFL) classes:
- GAFL 6110 Statistics for Public Policy (Fall 2023)
- GAFL 6210 Public Economics (Fall 2023)
- GAFL 5900 Use and Misuse of Data for Policy Challenges (Fall 2023)
- GAFL 6400 Program Evaluation & Data Analysis (Spring 2024; prerequisite: statistics)
- GAFL 5310 Data Science for Public Policy (Spring 2024; prerequisite: knowledge of R)
Please FIRST submit a permissions request in Path@Penn, and then fill out this form to be considered for enrollment. If you are interseted in more than one class, you must complete a separate request for each class.

Students must take one of these classes before they are eligible to apply for submatriculation into the Fels MPA program.
