    • Nebraska Addendum 

    • Nebraska Corporations call for an attorney to register in concert with Nebraska statutes. If you would like to register an LLC, you can do so HERE. We apologize for any inconvenience.

    • Florida Delay Addendum 

    • Annual reports (renewals) are required before May 1 each year starting the year after initial registration to keep a Corporation or Nonprofit in compliance. You have the option to delay the effective date of registration until Jan 3 to avoid the 2025 payment. 

      This means the Corporation does not actually take effect until Jan 3. You may not be able to open a bank account, and it may not show in a search of Florida businesses until that date.

      *Please Note: Florida profit and non-profit registration filings will not be processed beginning 5:00 PM, December 20th through 8:00 AM December 26th.

    • Montana/North Carolina Delay Addendum 

    • Annual reports (renewals) are required before April 15 each year starting the year after initial registration to keep a Corporation or Nonprofit in compliance. You have the option to delay the effective date of registration until Jan 3 to avoid the 2025 payment. 

      This means the Corporation does not actually take effect until Jan 3. You may not be able to open a bank account, and it may not show in a search of state businesses until that date.

    • Georgia Delay Addendum 

    • Annual reports (renewals) are required before April 1 each year starting the year after initial registration to keep a Corporation or Nonprofit in compliance. You have the option to delay the effective date of registration until Jan 3 to avoid the 2025 payment. 

      This means the Corporation does not actually take effect until Jan 3. You may not be able to open a bank account, and it may not show in a search of Georgia businesses until that date.

    • California Delay Addendum 

    • The California franchise tax is levied against any Corporation that does business in a given calendar year. You have the option to delay your filing to Jan 3 to avoid a payment for 2024.

      This means the Corporation does not actually take effect until Jan 3. You may not be able to open a bank account, and it may not show in a search of California businesses until that date.

  • Please Note: You may need a Federal Tax ID (EIN) for your business. Here are some reasons that an EIN will be required:

    • Open a business bank account
    • Apply for a State Tax ID (Sales Tax ID, Vendor's Use Tax, Withholding Tax, Etc.)
    • Hire employees
    • Establish business credit
    • File business taxes (as opposed to personal taxes)
