Kids Camp T-Shirt Pre-Order Form

This order form is to make it easier for CHURCHES to submit their GROUP order. All individual orders must be made at camp. If you are ordering a single shirt, please ***STOP**** and give your order to your church's Kid's Pastor/Camp Manager or send money with your camper to buy their shirt when they get there.*

We are offering a Kids Camp T-Shirt Pre Order option for all churches. Payment must be made at the time of ordering. All orders will need to be made by the Monday before your camp and will only be available to pick up at camp. Orders will not be shipped.

Week 1: Shirt Order Due by July 1st

Week 2: Shirt Order Due by July 8th

Week 3: Shirt Order Due by July 15th

Week 4: Shirt Order Due by July 22nd
