The requester/attendee will need to schedule the FedEx pickup for returning these materials within 2 days of the Event End Date. Return shipping labels & instructions will be included with your display materials.

Terms and Conditions

1. All requests require 24 hours to process. While every effort will be made to fulfill a request with less time allowed, these orders can not be guaranteed for delivery.
2. Please ensure all information is correct. Incorrect email addresses will prevent us from providing you with updates as they are required. Requested items will be shipped as per directions input on the request.
3. Due to stock levels, the item requested may not be available, and if so, we will contact you to arrange for an alternate system (if available). If emails of this nature sent are not responded to by the day before the estimated ship date of the request, the request will be considered cancelled and removed from the schedule.
4. Due to stock levels, items are sometimes rerouted in an effort to satisfy as many requesters as possible. Should this occur, you will be contacted and provided a new airbill for use. If multiple airbills are included with the system, please ensure that you use the one specifically created for your use. Airbills are tracked on a daily basis, so should you use an airbill other than what was provided, please inform us as to the tracking number and service used for proper control.
5. Any repairs or replacements required due to damage or misuse will be charged back to the end-users cost center.
