We DO offer a flat rate annual AGENCY PARTNER PACKAGE, which provides you with access to submit content of any kind, at any time, on behalf of multiple clients with priority publishing for you and your clientele. Annual Agency Partner Packages start at $4500 USD.

Subject to a successful review and approval process, editorial posts to showcase your content are available on a complimentary basis for WedLuxe Clients with Online Membership*, or on a pay-per-post basis for non-WedLuxe clients.

*If your submission is approved for publishing, an invoice will be sent for online credit card payment before work is completed. No proofs are provided and image selection is entirely up to our editorial discretion. Feature posts range from approximately 25 to 50
images, dependent on editorial choices.

Understanding and Acceptance of Publisher's Terms
I have the authority to grant and authorize Cloud Nine Omnimedia Inc (dba WedLuxe® and WedLuxe® Experiences) the right, (but not the obligation) to edit, copy, publish, distribute and make use of any and all of the photographs I am submitting for any lawful promotional materials including but not limited to its magazines, websites, social networking accounts, or digital communications without payment or any other consideration.

This authorization extends to all languages, media, formats, and markets. I waive the right to inspect or approve any finished product in which the images appear, including a written or electronic copy.

I acknowledge that I have agreed to this release without being compensated. I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photographs or video.

I hereby hold harmless and release The Company from all liability, petitions, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons may make while acting on my behalf or on behalf of my company or estate, or the company I represent.
