We no longer review or publish content on a complimentary basis for other agencies representing wedding industry clients. (We too operate as an agency vs. a legacy media brand.)

We DO offer a flat rate annual AGENCY PARTNER PACKAGE, which provides you with access to submit content of any kind, at any time, on behalf of multiple clients with priority publishing for you and your clientele. Annual Agency Partner Packages start at $4500 USD.

We also offer an attractive commission structure for paid marketing services on our platforms. Please contact marketing@wedluxe.com to discuss details.

Photographers own copyright for their images and therefore we cannot accept galleries unless you are 100% certain that the photographer is aware of this submission and agrees to have it published on WedLuxe channels. You are legally responsible to ensure that you have the authority to grant usage for the images.

If you are unsure you have the necessary permission, we suggest SAVING the form now, obtaining the necessary permission, and coming back to complete the submission.

Image Submission (Dropbox only)
Share a Dropbox folder link set to "anyone with the link can view," no password. Curate your best 200 max, this is what we select from, so a tight edit works in your favor. No password-protected links, no other platforms (Pic-Time, Pixieset, etc.), nothing over 200 images.

Understanding and Acceptance of Publisher's Terms
I have the authority to grant and authorize Cloud Nine Omnimedia Inc (dba WedLuxe® and WedLuxe® Experiences) the right, (but not the obligation) to edit, copy, publish, distribute and make use of any and all of the photographs I am submitting for any lawful promotional materials including but not limited to its magazines, websites, social networking accounts, or digital communications without payment or any other consideration.

This authorization extends to all languages, media, formats, and markets. I waive the right to inspect or approve any finished product in which the images appear, including a written or electronic copy.

I acknowledge that I have agreed to this release without being compensated. I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photographs or video.

I hereby hold harmless and release The Company from all liability, petitions, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons may make while acting on my behalf or on behalf of my company or estate, or the company I represent.
