Thank you for your interest in our Exploration Phase Scholarships Program at Faith Lutheran College. Please ensure you have read and understood the following information, before continuing:

Our Exploration Phase Scholarships are:
- Available in three categories: Academic Excellence, Performing Arts and Sports
- Open to students currently in Year 8, who are looking to complete their Secondary Education at Faith Lutheran College
- Open ONLY to students who are looking to commence at Faith Lutheran College in the year specified.
- Awarded up to a maximum of 50% remission on tuition fees, however the percentage of remission offered is not fixed and is at the discretion of the Principal of Faith Lutheran College.
- Awarded subject to the completion of the scholarship test, which will take place at the College on Friday 17 July 2023, along with any required subsequent testing, trial or demonstration of ability.
- Applicants for specialist scholarships (Sport, Performing Arts) will also have an audition/trial/interview as part of the application process.
- Awarded at the discretion of the College Principal

- will enter Year 9 in 2024
Applications for this round of Scholarships must be received no later than:
- 5.00pm on Monday 10 July 2023

The following documents will be required in order to complete this application:
If applying for an Academic Scholarship:
- Copies of the Student's two (2) most recent School Report Cards
- A written reference from the Student's teacher, Principal, Deputy Principal or other relevant educational leader (e.g. Head of Department, Head of Curriculum)
- Relevant evidence of student achievement or performance (e.g. Awards, Certificates)
If applying for a Sports Scholarship:
- Copies of the Student's two (2) most recent School Report Cards
- A written reference from the Student's Physical Education Teacher, Sports Coach, Principal, Deputy Principal or other relevant educational leader (e.g. Head of Sport)
- Relevant evidence of student achievement or performance in sports, athletics or related disciplines (e.g. Awards, Certificates)
If applying for a Performing ArtsScholarship:
- Copies of the Student's two (2) most recent School Report Cards
- A written reference from the Student's Performing Arts Teacher, Principal, Deputy Principal or other relevant educational leader (e.g. Head of Music, Head of Drama)
- Relevant evidence of student achievement or performance (e.g. Awards, Certificates)
- A video, or link to a video, which demonstrates the proficiency and skill of the student in their chosen Performing Art(s).
