📮 MAIL HUB SERVICE:
Items can be dropped off at Mail Hub Mangilao/Tamuning for a fee of $6.00.
Customer will pick up at the Mail Hub location at their convenience during Mail Hub’s operating hours.
💲 REFUND POLICY:
Absolutely NO REFUNDS.
Store credits may be offered on a case-by-case basis.
If a customer cancels a current order, store credit may be issued for the value of that order and can be applied toward any other shop products.
Refund requests must have a valid and justifiable reason to be considered.
If a refund is approved, a 30% fee will be deducted from the total.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5 days after review.
