1. Hair color results vary due to current condition of the hair. Box color or at home color has no guarantee. There are no refunds, I only provide redos if I am notified within a week of your appointment.

2. Color longevity isn't guaranteed unless shampoo/conditioner is bought in salon.

3. I understand that my card will be charged 50% if I do not give 48 hours in advance for cancellation.

4. No call no shows will not be allowed to rebook.
