This form is for the collection of information of individuals relative to their participation to the 2025 Asian Try Zero-G Competition. All data received will be processed following the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012. Data collected in this form will solely be used for the competition and maybe shared with the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA).
