Program Application

The Ready to Work (RTW) Program connects academia, employers and community to support college STEM (science, technology, engineering, math) students with employment in the San Diego region upon graduation. Through participating in professional development activities that are career-guided, self-paced, and employer-informed, RTW equips student participants with essential workplace skills and meaningfully prepares them for a successful transition from "college to career" in San Diego's innovation techology industry.
