Would you like experiences planned in the itinerary: activities, tour guides, boat trips, airport transfers etc.? Kindly refer to How I Work on my website for more information. I charge an upfront retainer fee of USD750 per week of trip planned per family (of 4-6) to engage my time and intel. This figure can change according to the timing and complexity of your trip. If you only wish to get help to find and book a hotel, there is a small retainer fee of USD150. *

Sharing a guideline for your budget is key as we have never worked together. Only with a budget can we send you the right suggestions. You can indicate a max budget for your trip, or a budget per night per room. Please indicate the currency. We create itineraries that start at min. USD15,000+ per week of travel per family of 4-6. If you only need a hotel, those typically start at USD500 per night per room. *
