Philosopher Alain de Botton wrote in The Art of Travel: “The problem with going away is that you take yourself with you”.To design a trip that truly suits you, I’d love to get to know you better — the places that move you and the kind of days you enjoy most.
Favourite place – Is there a place in the world you love most? What makes it special to you?*
Favourite trip – Is there a trip you’ve especially loved? What made it memorable?*
Favourite hotels – Which hotels have you particularly loved? What made them special?*
Hotel priorities – What is most important to you in a hotel (for example: location, service, design, privacy, food, or atmosphere)?*
Travel pace – Do you enjoy active travel, or do you prefer to take things at a slower pace?*
Interests – Do any family members have particular interests we should plan around (such as wildlife, culture, food, nature, or art)? Be as specific as you wish.*
Outdoor activities – Which ones do you enjoy (such as hiking, cycling, rock climbing, tennis, padel, or horse riding)?*
Water activities – Are there any water sports you enjoy or would like to include (such as surfing, kayaking, kitesurfing, windsurfing, scuba diving—please note if you are PADI certified—snorkelling, or deep-sea fishing)?*
Fitness level – How would you describe your group’s fitness level (for example: low, moderate, or high)?*
Not-so-perfect days – What tends to make a travel day feel disappointing or frustrating for you?*

Accommodation preferences – What type of hotel do you prefer? For example: five-star luxury, small boutique hotels, relaxed luxury, child-friendly properties, or a private villa.*
Rooms – How many bedrooms do you need? Do you require connecting rooms? Can children share a bed, or should we plan for separate single beds?*
Flights – Would you like to book these yourself, or would you like our help? If we assist, please let us know your preferred class and airlines. A USD75 + applicable taxes management fee per person, round trip, usually applies.*
Dietary needs – Are there any dietary restrictions or allergies in your group and who?
Health considerations – Are there any health issues we should be aware of?
Special requests – Is there anything special you’d like us to know or include?
Would you like a fully planned itinerary (including experiences, guides, transfers etc), or assistance with hotel curation only? Please see Work with Me on bozaround.com for details. My planning fee starts at USD750 + applicable taxes per week, per family of 4–6, and may vary based on timing and complexity. Hotel-only curation is possible for USD150 flat fee.*
Budget guidance – Sharing a budget is critical for us to tailor the right recommendations and ensure that we are a good match. Our bespoke itineraries typically start at USD 20,000 per week for a family of 4. Hotel-only stays generally start from USD 500 per night per room. *
