Led by instructors from Fit to Fight®, this Krav Maga-based women's self-defense program is an introduction to the skills needed to defend against attacks that are most commonly experienced by women, to include the full spectrum of self-defense situations from understanding what it means to be aware of your surroundings, deescalating a situation, self-defense from standing attacks, and after action steps following an attack.
