  • Filling this Form will add you to our Waitlist. We will consider you if a vendor backs out and for future events

     

    Event Timing: Friday, April 14, 2023 10:00 pm - 6:00 am (After 8 rakaat Taraweeh) Vendor Arrival Time: 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM

    Selling Time: 10:00 PM Event Address: 4200 International Pkwy, Carrollton, TX 75007

    *Application Deadline: Friday April 7th, 2023

    *Application Process: The Form will close once all spots are filled. Applicant will receive a confirmation email once the form is submitted. Please allow 48 hours for processing. Once application is accepted, the Vendor Committee will send the applicant an e-mail and link for payment. Payment is required to reserve a spot.

    Pricing: Food Vendor | $250 for 2 Tables/2 Chairs

                Non-food Vendor| $80 for 2 Tables/2 Chairs

    Payment: Checks can be written out to 'MSA Unity'
                     Payments can be sent to our Zelle account: admin@msaunity.org

    Rules: Vendor check-in will begin at 4PM and end at 6PM. Each vendor will receive 1 parking spot. Please note Electrical Outlets will not be provided. Please note canopies will not be provided.

    Important Notes: Filling an application does NOT guarantee a spot. The Vendor Committee will review all applicants and reach out to you with next steps. Food Vendors are required to bring a minimum of 200 meals.
