    Set up time -Saturday, 11/15/25 7:30am-9am

    Open to the public- Saturday 11/15/25 9am-3pm

    Teardown - Saturday, 11/15/25  3pm-4:45pm Out of courtesy for your fellow vendors and customers, Please DO NOT tear down before this time.

    Event and parking are Free to all. 

    Registration Deadline is

    November 5th, 2025

    Booth must be paid for no later than November 8th to secure your spot.

     

  • ACC and the ACC Foundation are thrilled to host the ACC Holiday Craft Fair this year!!

     

    Vendor registration fees will benefit the ACC Study abroad program in support of ACC students. 

     

    Cancellations: Due to the fact that the weather in Colorado changes so quickly, the decision and announcement to cancel an event is made as soon as possible before the event is scheduled to begin. If the ACC cancels due to severe weather, the ACC event team will make every attempt to contact you and will refund all booth fees. If the exhibitor cancels because of severe weather or any other reason, absolutely no refunds are given.

  • Booth Sizes:

    Indoor wall Space: ($65) 8' deep x 10' wide
    Your floor space will be 8' x 10'. You are not allowed to go outside of this provided space. Comes with one table and one chair.

    Double Space: ($130) 8' deep x 20' wide 
    Your floor space will be 8' x 20'. You are not allowed to go outside of this provided space. Comes with two tables and two chairs.

    Indoor Center Aisle Space: ($50) 5' deep x 6' wide
    Your floor space will be 5' x 6'. You are not allowed to go outside of this provided space. Comes with one table and one chair.

    Double Indoor Center Aisle Space: ($50) 5' deep x 6' wide
    Your floor space will be 5' x 6'. You are not allowed to go outside of this provided space. Comes with two tables and two chairs.

    Outdoor Space: ($50) 10' deep x 10' wide
    This 10' x 10' space is perfect for those vendors that like the outdoors. Must provide your own tent and weights.

    Booth Assignments:  ACC reserves the right to change your booth location at any time without notice. 

     

  • Miscellaneous Information

    No Smoking: All HRCA facilities are non-smoking environments. Please do not smoke on the premises, this includes the parking lots.

    Assistance: An attempt will be made to provide volunteers to help with loading and unloading, however, there is no guarantee. Neither ACC nor the volunteers will be held responsible for damaged items. We recommend you bring friends or family to load in/out and for breaks. No dollies/carts will be available to help you with load-in/out, please bring your own dollies, carts, etc. to help you bring your supplies in and out of the building.

    Taxes: All vendors are responsible for their own sales and to remit tax payment to the State of Colorado.

    Animals: No animals allowed unless they are certified service animals.
