RADAR will cover the cost of all food, medications, and vetting. However, if I purchase anything for my foster that I want to be reimbursed for, I will ask permission first and provide a receipt.

I agree not to use training tools or equipment, including but not limited to prong collars, electronic collars (e-collars), shock collars, bark collars, or similar training devices on any RADAR foster dog without prior written approval from RADAR. I understand that any training methods, equipment, or behavior modification plans involving these tools must be discussed with and authorized by RADAR before use. Failure to obtain prior approval may result in removal of the foster dog and suspension or termination of foster privileges.

I acknowledge and agree that if my foster dog is injured or becomes ill due to a preventable cause within my control, including but not limited to escaping from my custody or property, involvement in a dog fight or attack with a dog not owned by me, ingesting medications, toxins, foreign objects, toys, toy parts, or other inappropriate items, or any other incident resulting from negligence or failure to properly supervise the foster dog, I will be financially responsible for any veterinary expenses incurred as a result. I further acknowledge that all dogs must be appropriately supervised when using toys, chews, enrichment items, or similar products, and that any veterinary care required due to ingestion of such items will be the responsibility of the foster.

I acknowledge and agree to provide RADAR with a minimum of thirty (30) days' notice if I will be traveling, require a temporary foster placement for my foster dog, or can no longer continue fostering for any reason. I understand that arranging alternative foster placement takes time and resources, and I agree to coordinate with RADAR to ensure a safe transition for the dog. In the event of an emergency or unforeseen circumstance, I will notify the rescue as soon as reasonably possible. I further acknowledge that foster dogs may not be transported, relocated, or taken outside the state without the prior written authorization. Any out-of-state travel with a foster dog must be approved in advance.
