I acknowledge and agree that if my foster is injured/becomes ill due to a preventable cause that is within my control (i.e. escaping from my custody/property, dog fight or attack occurring with a dog not in my ownership, ingests medications or toxins that are not properly stored, etc.) that I am responsible for the vet bills incurred by such events.
