I acknowledge and agree that if my foster is injured or becomes ill due to a preventable cause that is within my control (i.e. escaping from my custody/property, dog fight or attack occurring with a dog not in my ownership, ingesting medications or toxins that are not properly stored, etc.) that I am responsible for the veterinary bills incurred by such events.
