The 2024 Deaf Missions Conference will take place in Arlington, Texas.

Conference Dates are Thursday, April 4 - Sunday, April 7, 2024.

The first public showing of Jesus, A Deaf Missions Film is included in your registration price.  Additional tickets to the showing can be purchased for guests.

The conference hotel and venue is the Loews Arlington Hotel and the Arlington Convention Center.  They are connected!  Rooms are $169 plus tax. There is an additional parking fee per night for those who choose to drive.  The reservation link is not yet active.  Watch social media for more information and a link will be added here when the Loews has provided.

Sessions will begin Thursday morning along with check-in.  An "early" check-in will be offered Wednesday evening.  Sessions will run through Sunday afternoon.

There will be a Deaf Leaders Track and an Interpreters Track.  

Attendees can move freely between the tracks.  

CEUs will be available for workshops in the Interpreters Track, and select workshops in the Deaf Leaders Track.

To earn CEUs, you will need to pay an additional fee.  Please choose the appropriate ticket with CEU's included.  

It is anticipated that 2.5 CEUs or 25 hours will be available if you attend every available opportunity.

Ticket Options

The Early Bird Rate of $160 ($260 if needing CEU's) applies through August 5, 2023.

The Standard Rate of $210 ($310 if needing CEU's) applies from August 6, 2023 - January 14, 2024.
Includes 3 meals and the first public showing of Jesus, a Deaf Missions Film

The Late Rate of $250 ($350 if needing CEU's) will apply January 15, 2024 through the conference.
Includes 3 meals and the first public showing of Jesus, a Deaf Missions Film

The Student Rate of $180 will begin on August 6, 2023, after the early bird rate expires.

A Single Day Rate of $125 (+ if CEUs are needed) is available for those who need it. 

If a guest will be joining you for the showing of Jesus, a Deaf Missions Film on Thursday evening, you can purchase their ticket here also.  Please note - a ticket to the premiere is INCLUDED in all of the other conference tickets.  Only purchase an additional ticket for a guest who is NOT attending the conference.

We can offer a slight discount of $5/person for groups registering together with 5 or more people, and $10/person for groups of 10 or more.  You must have your discount code before registering, and you must register and pay all together at one time.  To receive your discount code e-mail angiemathis@deafmissions.com.
