Charge Appeal Request Form
All components of a charge appeal request must be provided to be considered. Missing any components will result in the automatic denial of the request.

RPG will confirm if we received a copy of your move-in inspection form from August and cross-check the charges with it. Not having a move-in inspection form submitted upon tenant move-in to RPG will result in the automatic denial of the request. Any other documentation besides the move-in inspection form will not be considered.

If an appeal is approved, a credit will be applied to the tenant account soon after.

Submission of a charge appeal request does not warrant the removal of any late fees which may have been incurred as a result of the charge. Contact RPG at leasing@rpg-mail.com if you have further questions.

Just because photos or a move in form might be provided does not mean the request will be granted. RPG will cross check if you submitted your Move In Inspection form upon move in at the beginning of the school year.
