Request for a stand alone Hantspol representative sports subsidy
This form is to be used for any request for funding towards sports participation where you or a team are representing Hantspol in an event or tournament, where a subsidy would not ordinarily be available through an established sports section.

Note funding is normally only granted where you are entering in the name of Hantspol and playing or competing on behalf of the force. This is not to be used for team building or challenges or fitness and wellbeing activities, for which there are other application forms to use. See www.hpls.org for more info.
