- Review: Our team will assess your request against our current availability and resources.
- Outcome: We will contact you to let you know if we can assist.
Please be aware that completing this form is not a guarantee of intake, as our space is often limited.

I understand this is a request for help, and although WWP will do their best, there is a possibility that they may not be able to accept my dog. I also understand that the response to this request may be responded to via email to the address provided.

I also understand that WWP work alongside many other rescue centres throughout the UK and other rescues may be an option if seen as beneficial for the dog I have surrendered.
