Missed Appointment Policy:

A fee of $20 will be incurred for any appointments missed without prior notice of at least 2 hours for rescheduling or cancellation. This policy is in place to ensure efficient scheduling and to better serve all our customers. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Reschedule or Cancel an Appointment:

If you need to reschedule or cancel an order, please contact us at support@surplus4all.com or send us a text to 888-944-9952. Please note that changes to your appointment require a minimum notice of 2 hours to avoid any fees.

Please limit your appointments to no more than one per week. Additionally, all balances must be paid in full prior to pickup. We will not process orders that have not been paid in full. Thank you for your cooperation.
