Google My Business Reinstatement Form - $499 (only due upon reinstatement)

Please complete this form to initiate the reinstatement process with Next Call. Our goal is to collect your business listing and business documents to meet Google's requirements for reinstatement. For immediate assistance, call 216-294-2723. Please take your time and fill out this entire form as best you can. If you do not submit this form we cannot get started. You will receive an email confirmation once it is successfully submitted. The cost for the service is $499 and is due upon reinstatement of the Google Business Profile.

Signage

The requirements are the following: Name of the business, address of the business, and all in legible font. Please note that the name and address on the sign MUST match what is what your business documents and what you show on our Google business profile.
