You will want to remove all other manager and owners from the profile. We ask you to this as the more emails you have the proflile the greater liklyhood of issues occuring during the process. Instructions below:
- Log in to your profile - follow the same instructions as you did to invite us to the profile and navigate to "People and Access"
- Keep 3 emails on the profile - Before you remove others you will want to keep the folowing 3 emails on the profile:
- Primary Owner
- The new gmail you created
- The next call email you added
- Remove other mangers and owners - click the persons name / email and then click "Remove person"
***If you do not do this now it can significantly increase the time it takes to get reinstated***
