Hi I'm Siera, I'm a Tattoo & Permanent make-up artist! You can find me at Subdermal Art Collective in Eugene, Or. I love tattooing anything American Traditional, lots of edgy gothic black work, I like making designs trippy and psychedelic, and I'm trying to get more into surrealism right now! With that being said, I'm open to a lot and want to get out of my comfort zone! I'm not interested in doing any big cover-ups quite yet, and I'm not a realism artist. thanks love u.

Non refundable $100 deposit is required for any tattoo or pmu service(will come off the total price). The shop minimum is $150, I will price smaller projects and flash by piece. Bigger projects, anything that'll take more than 1 session will also be a set price, based off the $150 an hr rate, I will provide a quote before your appointment. Pmu services will have set prices.

I need a 48 hr notice of reschedule. I will reschedule your appointment once, if you need to reschedule a second time a new deposit will be required. If you are a no call no show, your desposit will be lost.

I do not send previews of my art before your appointment. I schedule enough time into custom appointments, that if we need to change minor details we are able to same day. If you end up wanting to change bigger details, like design concept, style, ect. That could result in having to reschedule your appointment. When I get this form I will reach out and let you know if it is something I want to do! (I will also be brutally honest and let you know if it is something I don't have the skills for yet, respectfully. And will try to recommend you to an artist I think would be a great fit) once we pick a date and the appointment is booked I will send you a link for a deposit which is required within 48hrs or I'll assume your no longer interested.

Please try to eat a good meal and get good sleep before your appointment, and please try to avoid a bunch of alcohol or caffeine before coming in! You're welcome to bring a cozy blanket or pillow, anything to make you feel comfy! If you getting tattooed in an area not easily accessible, bring a change of clothes you'll feel comfortable in!
