Intimate Event
Intimate events such as a dinner party, baby shower, bridal shower, divorce party, birthday celebration, milestone event, brunch, business meeting. Standard rate for 4 hours - ($100 for every extra hour)

Vendor Event
This is a flat rate fee per event. Events to be announced by the Studio. Tables and chairs will NOT be provided, they may be rented for an additional cost. -$10 per 6ft table -$2 per folding chair

Liability and Insurance

Renter assumes all liability and responsibility for any damages or injuries that may occur during the Event. Renter agrees to indemnify and hold BLANK STUDIOS harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from Renter's use of the rental space. Renter is required to obtain a general liability insurance coverage in the amount of $1,000,000.00 for the event. Proof of insurance must be provided to BLANK STUDIOS at least 5 days prior to the event.
