PCAL Team Sign-Up Form

Welcome to PCAL 2025!

Teams are required to pay the PCAL portion of entries in order to secure their spot. Host Clubs will invoice for club portion of entry fees and stabling per event.

A & B Flight and 7-10 goal teams are required to play all locations. C Flight teams may play one or all locations but scheduling priority will be given to teams playing all three locations.

B Flight is limited to 8 total teams.

Any schedule requests that are a true need (i.e. wedding, jury duty), must be submitted to manager@pcalpolo.com 3 weeks prior to the date. PCAL may not be able to accomodate special time requests due to the amount of games that will need to be played in a day.

PCAL may schedule some games on Friday afternoon/evening to accomodate the amount of teams.

Players will be assigned duties (timing, scoreboard, flagging, etc.) at PCAL events and will be responsible for fulfilling those duties either in person or by hiring someone to do duties or swap with a friend.

In addition to this team entry, please have teammates fill out the individual and horse entry form.
