What to expect and what you will receive 

- At least 1 outdoor shoot

- 1 studio session 

- 1 cap and gown ( only if you are available)

- possibly 1-2 group shoots with other seniors (only if you are available )

-  YOU MUST post on social media the photos from your sessions (dont worry not all images), group sessions (not all images), tagging Shae’s Photography , making tiktoks & /or instagram post. As well posting about the whole experience, like BTS during shoots, gifts you may receive etc...!
-Participate in 1- 2 group model styled ( if you are available to do so if you cannot make these shoots no penalties will apply) shoots with the whole model team, these will be themed and you’ll need to dress accordingly, I DO NOT ask that you buy new clothing for these shoots, we can work with what you got! . One includes “end of the year, goodbye” group shoot. This will be in May with your cap and grown to say our goodbyes and get your cap and gown session + group shoot 

If model quits Shaes model team, or not participate in shoots, or post on socail meida you will be kick off model team and be charges $300 fee for cancellation! please understand this if a family emergency happens or tragedy hits this will not apply.

Referring friends, classmates and others
Will not book any other photographer for the year of being a senior model, this is because you are the face of Shae’s senior model team and are representing me

Referrals only count if they’re seniors who book a session with me referral will be locked in once they book & sign contract.

 

The total cost is $250 + tax this is a $650 value , full amount must be paid to participate.

Onced contract is sign and session is paid we will schedule your senior session + studio asap

 Session Fees

Client agrees to pay photographer a retainer at the time of booking to secure their appointment date and time $250. This is a non-refundable retainer fee that goes towards your session. The session fee covers the time and talent of photographer, basic retouching and creative editing of images, as determined by the photographer, and images (amount depending on session) to be stored through shootproof online gallery where you can download images. Additional editing is available at additional expense to be determined by photographer. Session payments for senior model team is none refundable 

 

 Rescheduling

If an illness or situation prevents a photo session from taking place, client may reschedule their session at least 48 hours prior to their shoot without penalty. Should client fail to give 48 hours notice, or decide to completely cancel the shoot, this session fee is forfeited and will NOT be refunded. Photographer reserves the right to reschedule due to illness, weather, equipment malfunction, or other circumstances beyond their control. 

 Re-shoots / Refunds

Re-shoots are determined at the discretion of the photographer. Re-shoots and refunds will NOT be given for poor choices of clothing, make-up, hair or weather related issues, or by not following the recommendations of the photographer.

 Archive

After one (1) month , all images will be purged from photographer’s hard-drive, except as needed for promotional purposes, to be determined by photographer at photographer’s sole discretion. Photographer is not responsible for loss or damage to the digital files due to circumstances beyond photographer’s control. If you need photographer to re load your images on gallery there will be a $100 charge. Please be sure to back up your photos EX; , google photos, amazon photo etc. Galleries are up for two weeks ONLY. Download images within the two week frame

F. Payment

All payments are due in full, or model isnt apart of team session(s) will not take place until payment in full is received. any money given to photographer is NON-refundable. 

 Damage

Photographer is not responsible for the damage of portraits after delivery to client, including damage caused during transit by US mail. Client assumes all responsibility for the safety of all portraits upon receipt.

 Model Release

I hereby give to Shae's Photography the absolute and irrevocable right and permission with respect to the photographs that he/she has taken of myself and/or my minor child in which he/she may be included with others:

 a) To copyright the same in the photographer’s name or any other name that he/she may select;

 b) To use, re-use, publish and re-publish the same in whole or in part, separately or in conjunction with other photographs, in any medium now or hereafter known, and for any purpose whatsoever, including (but not by way of limitation) illustration, promotion, advertising and trade, and;..

 I hereby release and discharge photographer from all and any claims and demands ensuing from or in connection with the use of the photographs, including any and all claims for libel and invasion of privacy. 

 

 Liability

Photographer is not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties. Client(s) will be responsible for themselves and release photographer from any claims against their person or their business. 

 J. Copyright & Penalty Shae's Photography retains all copyrights to all images created during client’s session. A print release will be included with digital files to print portraits for personal use . The print release does not allow publication of your portraits (i.e. entering in contests), selling or altering of your images without the photographer’s written permission. It is illegal to copy, scan, download (unless from gallery sent by photographer), print, alter, screen shot, facetuned, instagram filter, re editd in any way or otherwise steal any image created by shaes Photography from/during client’s photo session. This applies to "sneak peek" images, images posted in an online proofing gallery, blog, Facebook, or hard copy images. If client steals images via any method listed above, or any other method, client will be invoiced for the cost of EACH digital image client has stolen, at photographer’s current price per digital file. fine will be $1,000 for each image. YOU may share photos on social media , Just no altering of photo in anyway.

AGAIN no screen shots, re-edits or Instagram filters or you will be charged for altering photographers work $1,000 per photo!!!

Note from photographer: I work very hard to create images that reflect you, while keeping in line with my artistic vision and creativity. I know you will want to share them and include a sneak-peek for that very reason. However, I ask that you simply link back to my blog/website/facebook/instagram page or wait to download images from gallery instead of right-clicking, saving, and sharing the image via your own page. I hope that you will respect not only my hard work, the time, money, and dedication that I have put into training and equipment to capture these images for you. Please do not steal them.

 

*Session starts at the agreed upon time. It is strongly encouraged that client arrives 5-10 minutes prior to the start of session. This allows for any last-minute  changing, and relaxing before session begins, makeup touch ups etc 

*Please make sure hair is combed and face is clean and free of runny noses or eyes. 

 *Please avoid eating or drinking red or orange food or drinks before session, as red and orange tend to leave a stain on the face, and this includes spray tans, at home self tans. unless you have done tans in the past

* I am not responsible for any extra editing, if you choose the wrong clothing, hair style, tanning , tan lines, nails, ! Etc there will be an extra cost for these edits ....

 If photographer memory card corrupts we will do re shoots, this is very rare  Shae's Photography makes sure her memory cards are not old or over used. Shae's Photography is sure to back up clients photos on a hard drive, somtimes photos can still corrupt off of the hardrive. This happening is very rare! Any form of defamation in regards to the event of lost photos may be delt with legally. money will be refuned 

as a senior spokes model for shae's phgotography you agree to posting on instagram and tiktok, about this experiance for ex bts, bts from your senior session, posting the photos we took from our senior session and group shoots ( not every single one ), gifts you may receive from this experience, anyt time we do somthing togther for spokes model team. I am here to help direct you if needed with help on how to post!

as a senior spokes model member you are the face to the brand, please be kind, I do not accept any form of bullying, or miss representation of my brand, this is a fun experience  where we build contection and relationships with others, are kind to one another, lets make a difference in our community
