Budget sensitivity

Some customers have the misconception that revealing their budget would put them at a disadvantage. However, budgeting is a key driver of your project's output and deserves careful attention. Whether the budget is fixed or variable, you are the one who knows it best. We are exceptionally careful when it comes to your interests and tailoring your renovation plan to fit your objectives. The desired outcome and spending are equally important to us; this cannot be downplayed. You can indicate a range or be specific (e.g., do not exceed $xxxxxx). Your appointed Renovation Expert (REX) will further discuss the specifics with you.

By the way...

We don't charge profit margin mark-ups like most (if not all) others, so even if your budget is $1 million, we won't get overly excited since larger scales come with increased complexity and stress. Does that sound logical? If you already have a figure in mind, don't waste your brain cells doubting something that doesn't exist. Just let us know.

At MEEK, you only pay up to 30% before the commencement of your renovation. By that time, you are almost done with your design and planning phase, which accounts for nearly half of your renovation journey.

Although we refer to it as "pre-payment," it is not truly a pre-payment since work has already been underway.
