Cancellation Policy
You have a 15-30 minute wait grace period to give access to the property if not done immediately. After, we will cancel your cleaning and charge a cancellation fee. Will you be present for the cleaning?
If you choose to cancel/reschedule your cleaning, please CANCEL/RESCHEDULE 24 HOURS prior during office hours (9AM-5PM PT) or you will be charged a $45.70 cancellation fee.

Aristocrat Cleaning DOES NOT move furniture nor remove hazardous material. Our cleaning technicians are not equipped to move heavy items. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and will be up to our discretion. Excluded in these services are the removal of hazardous material such as mold remediation and blood stain removal.
