  • WELCOME!! PRIMING THE SUPERBODY

  • Welcome to the first multidimensional fitness training system in the world. I call the Denova Method performance training for your SuperBody.

    The SuperBody is the conglomerate of five human dimensions: spiritual, physical, intellectual, relational, and emotional (SPIRE). It's YOU in your most complete form.

    While basic fitness targets the physical body to help improve performance, function, and wellbeing, the Denova Method is different.

    It is a cutting-edge exercise program designed to enhance performance and wellbeing in the whole SuperBody while helping you to anchor your inspired intentions into your life somatically.

    The following "preconditioning" writing exercises will help to make the best use of your time in training/coaching sessions and in your life. Because life is an ever-changing journey, revisit and update this process as needed and/or as you are so inspired.

    Sharing your answers with your coach can deepen your coaching sessions and give you the best support throughout your experience.

    It is most important that you take the time and presence to give deep and heartfelt answers. When you do, don't be surprised if things begin to shift in your life, even before your first session. Your intention is magic!!

  • LET'S GET YOUR BASELINE MEASUREMENTS!

  • You can't manage what you don't measure. On a scale of 1-10 (1 - almost completely contracted energetically and 10 - max energy expansion and bliss) rate your current level of vibrational satisfaction in these 8 components within the five dimensions of the SPIRE MODEL: physical, financial, recreational, social, mental, spiritual, environmental, and occupational.

    If you are using a hard copy or printer form, you can indicate your level of satisfaction with a dot within the appropriate spokes of the "Wheel of Life." Connect the dots to get a baseline view or to compare your current levels of satisfaction to your baseline. Otherwise, fill in your answers digitally below.

    Remember that your level of satisfaction is completely subjective and that a score of 10 is not necessarily the goal. You get to determine the ultimate vision and ideal score in each category. Be honest and compassionate in this process. Add up your scores and divide by 8 to determine your vibe quotient.
