  • Hey Beauties,

    Please arrive on time to your appointment. Please stay in your car and text me upon arrival. I'll let you know when i'm ready for you to come in. In the event the doors are locked, please text me so I can let you inside.

    Running late? Please send me a text message letting me know you’re running late. After 15 minutes, we will need to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame and you may be required to make a deposit of 50% total service cost before scheduling again.

    If something has come up and you cant make it to your appointment, please give us a minimum of 48 hours notice so I can fill your space. No-shows may be required to make a deposit of 50% total service cost before scheduling again.

    Your appointment is protected. Should we have to cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, we will honor 15% off your next identical service and all attempts to reschedule your service in a timely manner will be made.

    I only accept cash & card. There is a 3% service fee for all cards.

    No children or guests are allowed at this time due to limited space in a salon suite. If you and a friend/family member would like to be booked together for your service, please text me ahead of time for special accommodations.

    Disrespect will not be tolerated for any reason. We have the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

    We do our best to ensure all guests are satisfied with their service. If by any reason you’re unhappy with a service, please contact me within 48 hours of your service if any adjustments need to be made. While adjustments can be made, no refunds will be issued.
