Guest are not permitted to serve their own alcohol drinks * All alcohol must be opened, poured, served and under the supervision of at least two of Potions Mobile Bartending LLC bartenders.( this includes canned & bottled beers)
The bartenders WILL NOT serve ANY alcohol to ANYONE until the agreed bar opening time.
Host will ensure that everyone is of legal drinking age if alcohol is on the menue. Potions Mobile Bartending LLC will not be responsible for underaged drinking. Host will also ensure that guest drink responsibly.
Liquor brought to the bar will be kept behind the bar, under the bartenders supervision. Such liqour will not be ALLOWED to be taken out to a vehicle until the bar is closed.
NO ONE MAY TAKE ANY LIQUOR BOTTLES FROM THE BAR FOR ANY REASON. This includes private room or vehicles. No HOST or GUEST are to serve the guest with personal bottles of liquor, even if they were on the premisses prior to event. Liquor bottles are not to be removed from the bar and be taken to a car or private room for any reason. If any bottles of liquor are taken against the will of the bartenders, Potions Mobile Bartending LLC reserves the right to then close down the bar regardless of time or amount of remaining alcohol. If anyone serves themselves or others against the will of the bartenders, our liquor liability will be void.
Potions Mobile Bartending LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone without reason or incident. Overly intoxicated guest will be cut off from any service.
All bottles of beer, champange, wine, and liquor provided by he host will be opened and served at Potions Mobile Bartending LLC discretion. Instructions to reserve a certain alcoholic beverage or specific bottle for any special reason or person should be noted here before signing.
"Shots" of alcohol will ony be served if agreed upon by host prior to the beginning of party and will require additional bottles of liquor.
All payments made to Potions Mobile Bartending LLC are non refundable.
Potions Mobile Bartending LLC is cautious and observant when serving alcohol to guest to insure a fun and safe enviroment. Potions Mobile Bartendning LLC is not responsible for any individual who may become intoxicated or for any damages that may be caused by an intoxicated guest. Event Host is liable for any and all alcohol related injuries or accidents of the event.
