If you haven't received your Volunteer ID, it is likely because you have not yet participated in a TLG program or been accepted as a volunteer with us yet.

If you have volunteered with us before but have not been given one, please instead select "I don't know what it is" as it is likely that we have one on file for you, even if we didn't share it.

One of the best ways to find your Volunteer ID is to check your emails from us. We try to include it in all of our correspondences so that you have some records to look through.

If that doesn't work, or if you haven't been with us long enough to receive such an email, you can use the form below. We'll cross-reference our database and send you an email with your Volunteer ID. If you have recently updated your details, please enter your old details here. You will be able to update them later.
