I understand vendors may require a deposit or full payment at the time of price quote. Being "deposit ready" at the time of price quote will ensure the desired vacation budget is achieved.

I understand payment information will be required to process payment(s) to the vendor(s) via a Credit Authorization Form that will be sent after the travel quote has been chosen and agreed upon.
