I acknowledge that the displayed works are not covered by any insurance policy held by Reading Public Library. I understand no special security accommodations will be made to secure my artwork. I release Reading Public Library, its board and employees from any liability for damages or injury, loss, theft or destruction of any work(s) that may occur during the display period or during installation or removal of my artwork.
