We will be in touch with more information on the next stage of membership upon your completion of this form. Please note that from Jan - March 2023 there will be a delay on the processing of all new membership applications, as membership renewal meetings are taking place

Membership is currently only available for organisations CURRENTLY delivering services to young people within the borough of Ealing. If you are not currently delivering services, please email Lamise@youngealingfoundation.org.uk to find out how we can support, but do NOT complete this membership application.
