If there are any concerns regarding this matter, please contact the Voting & Elections Committee by emailing dsacon@dsausa.org with the subject line "NPC Nomination."
- On the last page of this questionnaire, you can upload your Nomination Resolution signed and dated by your chapter/OC, a recognized national body, or the NPC. If you do not have your Nomination Resolution now, you have up to one week after the deadline (June 21, 2023) to submit it via email to dsacon@dsausa.org with the subject line “NPC Nomination Resolution."
