  • TOYA MAC'S PARTNER PLAN SERVICES (TMPP) would like to thank you for choosing us to help you achieve your goals. You are expected to abide by all CONTRACTAUL RULES AND REGULATIONS listed below as these are vital to a smooth running of the partner plan.

     

    HOW OUR MONTHLY SAVINGS PLAN OPERATES

    SERVICE FEE:- All members are required to pay a bankers/service fee which is 5% of the draw amount. The service fee will be deducted from the draw on the issue date or deducted from refunds in the case of withdrawal or dismissal of member. The service fee is mandatory and non-refundable in all cases.

    PAYMENTS:- Payment can be made through money transfer services, online, ATM deposits or directly to the bank with account numbers provided. In the case where pickups/drop off is requested a travel charge will be applied based on the distance. Monthly savings plan payments MUST be made between the 25th and 28th.

    PREPAYMENT:- A member has the right to prepay (pay in advance) all or any part of the payment amount of this partner plan at anytime. Eg. Making payments weekly, fortnightly or monthly on or before payment due date.

    LATE FEES:- Late fees are mandatory charges made against late payments, a late fee of $1000 will be charged if payment is made after the 28th of each month , and $100 each additional day the money is owed until payment is made. If not paid the total charges will be deducted from the draw/refund amount of said member.

    DRAWS/PAYOUT:- Draws will only be issued to a bank account provided by receiving member in the last month of the savings plan. Absolutely no cash payout will be done based on security reason for ourselves and the safety of our members. . New members will only be allowed a draw in the last 15 days of the daily partner plan

    DELINQUENCY:- a. If any member should miss two (2) consecutive payments after receiving their draw, they will be in violation of this contract and will be dealt with in the court of law or use of collection agencies will be in effect to ensure all monies owed is paid as well as the incurred late fees and expenses until all monies are recovered in cash or assets equivalent to the monies owed.

    b. If any members should miss two (2) payments before their draw, the banker reserve the right to reschedule members date. If any member should go beyond two (2) late payments before their draw, then that member will be REMOVED from the partner entirely, monies made prior will be returned at the end of the partner not including banker/service fee.

    WITHDRAWAL:- If any member choose to withdraw from the partner plan or forfeit this contract for any reason monies made prior will be returned at the end of the partner not including the banker’s/service fee.

  • Please note your draw date is not yet confirmed. Once confirmed you will recieved a confirmation email along with your contract within 1 to 5 business days. If the date choosen is not available you will receive the next available date.
