  • Vendor Agreement for BlackJack Grove Day (BJG Day)

    Please return this form along with your booth application. You will be notified within 48 hours regarding the status of your application. If approved, you will be asked to confirm your reservation by submitting payment.

    Important Notice:
    Any violation of the rules outlined in this agreement will result in cancellation of your booth reservation. You will be required to leave the premises immediately, and no booth fees will be refunded. Additionally, no refunds will be issued due to inclement weather unless the event is officially cancelled.

    By participating as a vendor at BJG Day, you agree to the following rules and guidelines:

    Prohibited Items: Aerosol sprays, items that produce loud noises or popping sounds, and products with offensive odors are not allowed.
    Food Sales: No food intended for on-site consumption may be sold. BJG Day is organized by local community service organizations, and the event is funded solely through the sale of food at official food booths.
    Product Exclusivity Policy:
    To ensure fair promotion and sales opportunities for all vendors, we do not allow multiple vendors to sell the same brand or type of product. Booth reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. If another consultant from your brand has already secured a booth, you will be notified and your booth fee will be refunded.
