Before we get started on a new set of extensions, I would love to get to know my clients better and the desired look so I can create the lashes of your dreams!   • Retainer: A deposit is required to secure your appointment and must be paid within 24 hours of booking. If the retainer is not received within this timeframe, the appointment will be canceled.

    Rescheduling / Cancellation: If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment you have 48 hours prior to your original time to do so. If changes are made after the grace period, a new deposit will be required.

    Appointment Duration: Full set lash appointments are approximately 2-2.5 hours, this depends on the amount of natural lashes the client has. If you have any back issues and cannot lay comfortably for that amount of time, please let me know immediately so I can try to accommodate to you!

    No Refund Policy:

    At BAUS ARTISTRY, we take pride in delivering high-quality lash extension services using premium products and professional techniques. Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds on any services or products. Once a service has been completed, it is considered non-refundable. This includes lash extensions, fills, removals, or any add-on services.

    Client Satisfaction:
    If you are not satisfied with your service, we ask that you notify us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will do our best to address any concerns and may offer a complimentary touch-up if deemed appropriate by the technician.

    Allergy / Reaction:

    Please be advised that allergic reactions to eyelash extension products, including adhesives, can occur at any time, even if you have had previous lash sets without any issues. While rare, reactions may include redness, itching, swelling, or discomfort in or around the eye area.

    By proceeding with your lash service, you acknowledge and accept the following:

    I understand that allergic reactions can happen unpredictably.

    I understand that a patch test is available upon request at least 24–48 hours before my appointment, but it does not guarantee I will not develop a reaction in the future.

    I release my lash technician from any liability for allergic reactions or sensitivities that may develop from the products used during my lash extension service.

    In the event of a reaction, I understand that immediate removal of the extensions is recommended, and I will seek medical attention if necessary.

    I am responsible for the cost of the lash removal service if required.

    If you have any concerns or have experienced reactions in the past, please notify your lash artist before your appointment.


    Aftercare:
    We provide detailed aftercare instructions to help maintain your lashes. Failure to follow proper aftercare may result in poor retention, which is not eligible for a refund or complimentary fix.

    By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy.
