    Every person attending Camp At Chetek, from a new born baby to 101 years old, will need to fill out a separate form. i.e. One individual form must be filled out for each individual, regardless of age.

    What to bring to Camp: (Note: Please mark all your belongings well!): Bible, Pencil or Pen & Note Pad, Sweater or Jacket, Change of clothes for up to 5 days, Sleeping bag & Pillow, Evening chapel clothes (optional), Towels & Washcloths, Soap, Shampoo & Toothbrush, etc.,  Robe (for swim & bedtime),   Swimsuit (Modest for all),   Bag for dirty clothes. Reusable Water Bottle,    Camera,   Your best humor,   Your best attitude,   Your friends, Extra money for paintball, Breakfast Cookout, offerings, and Camp Store. What NOT to bring to Camp: (Please leave these items at home!): Laptop or similar devices,   tablets or similar devices,  iPods or any Mp3 or media players,  Cell Phones (for campers),  Hand held video games or video game players,   Weapons of any sort,   Tank tops,   Bad Attitudes,   Disobedient spirit,   Rock Music Emblems  Girl’s Dress Code: 1.   Culottes, skirts, dresses – knee length or longer (No slacks, gauchos, or shorts other than for sleeping in). 2.   All dress should be modest; not too tight,not see-through, not low cut, etc. 3.   A robe or a type of covering should be worn to and from the swim area. 4.   Modest swimming suits only.  Boy’s Dress Code: 1.   Hair: off the collar, out of eyes, & above the ears. 2.   Long pants and good pants for evening services are suggested. 3.   NO shorts allowed except during swim time and for sleeping. 4.   No necklaces or earrings for the guys. 5.   Collared or polo shirts are suggested for the evening services.  Music –There will be a camp choir, so bring your joyful voice and get in on this fun and exciting time! There will also be opportunities for solos, duets, trios, and other special music; so come prepared!  Skits – If you have a skit; funny, serious, one act plays or…whatever, come prepared as it could be used during times of the services. Come prepared to have a GREAT time! Parents Information: We admit campers regardless of their race; color; nationality, or their ethnic origin.  Note to Parents: Campers are expected to stay the entire camp period except in cases of sickness or emergencies at home. Use of the camp telephone is prohibited.  Calls needing to be placed in the event of an emergency may be directed through the camp office (715-924-3236 reference to Pastor Tim Hallett).  All other calls are not permitted.  Please send mail to the camp's mailing address, including the name of the camper on the front of the envelope: c/o Camp Chetek, P. O.  Box 26, Chetek, WI.54728.    Health and Safety: A camp nurse will be on duty at all times.  All prescription and over-the-counter medications for campers must be checked in to the nurse upon arrival at camp, and it will be dispensed according to prescription.  Please do not send medication unless prescribed by a Doctor. All medication must be kept in their original labeled container for reference.  If medications are not in original containers, they will NOT be dispensed.  Campers are covered by accident insurance, and is secondary to the camper's primary insurance.  We request that campers with contagious conditions or diseases not attend camp.  We appreciate your cooperation in this matter of public health.  Fee Information: The reservation fee of $50 is non-refundable; however, it is transferable as a reservation fee for another camper in the same week. In the event a camper leaves camp due to an emergency of some unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstance, a prorated refund will be given as follows:  camper leaves Monday, 75% of the camper fee; Tuesday, 50% of camper fee, Wednesday, 25% of  camper fee; after Wednesday there will be no refund.  Refunds will not be given to a camper who is disciplined out of camp, or for a camper who chooses to leave because they "don't like it here" or it was not what they expected. Refunds and/or reductions of rates are not given to campers who intend on being at camp for part of the week.  In this case, the full camper fee is assessed.    Camp Rules: Campers are to demonstrate Christian character as we are to please the Lord and honor Him. Obedience to camp counselors and workers is essential. Campers are to remain on camp grounds at all times. Campers are to attend all services and appropriate activities. The waterfront is off limits except at appropriate times with counselors. Disobedience to these rules or the camp staff may result in campers being sent home at their own expense.
